About B.V.S.

Bhartiya Bhatke Vimukta Vikas va Sanshodhan Sanstha (BVS, Satara) began its operations in 1983 and was registered as a trust in 1984. The main objective of BVS is to promote the development of neglected, deprived, primitive, denotified, and nomadic tribes in India, particularly in Maharashtra. The BVS trust manages eight ashram schools, a social work college offering postgraduate courses, two family counselling centres (FCC), and VIHAN centres in different regions of Maharashtra state.
